Through my writing, I was given the opportunity to on a podcast for They are a nonprofit on the east coast that works on destigmatizing mental illness and all sorts of other cool stuff.

They wanted to hear about my experiences with having both mental and chronic illness.  At first I was really nervous, which I didn’t think I would be, but you can tell by the tapes I am.  For the first 1/2 of the first segment, I ramble and am all over the place.  (PS who else hates hearing their voice?)

By the second half of the first segment and throughout the second segment, I seem to do much better.

And I already have the audio!  I emailed the person who interviewed me and freaked out YOU HAVE TO DELETE ALL THIS IT’S TERRIBLE.

Fortunately, and kindly, I received an email telling me that I did a great job and it was wonderful.

It’s funny how we are our own worst critics.  When it goes public, hopefully I can post it on here or at least a link.

It was an interesting thing, and it was my first experimenting with something like that.  I would definitely do it again!

The rest of the day was spent preparing taxes.  Blah.

Love to all ❤
